For the safety of our members and staff, we are limiting the number of members in our group exercise classes and are requiring reservations for our most popular classes at this time.

Reservations can also be made via the link above or on the Tampa YMCA mobile app.

To access Group Exercise Schedules on mobile, download the app! Search “Tampa Metro YMCA” from the App Store and Google Play.

How to make a reservation:

  • Select your location, day of the week, and class you would like to attend and click "Reserve".
  • Once pop-up appears, enter your name and email, and you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
  • Reserve your spot a maximum of 48 hours in advance, and up to one hour before the class start time. Note: if you are within the 48 hours and do not see the "Reserve" option, please call your YMCA, as not all classes require a reservation.
