Group Fitness at the Tampa Y
Group exercise classes are a great way to work out, try something new and make new friends. The Tampa Y is a leader in group exercise and offers a variety of classes with modifications. Beginners and athletes can all enjoy group exercise today. Group Exercise instructors offer modifications for each move or exercise, giving participants options for intensity and low or high-impact.
Members can take the group exercise wellness orientation Introduction to Group Exercise, a 45-minute session covering the equipment and basic movements in classes.
