Leadership Program for Teens
The Teen Leaders Club is a program designed for teens in grades 7-12 who want to be strong mentally, physically and spiritually. Leaders Club is driven and led by the LEADERS with oversight from the Club Advisor at each YMCA. There are two divisions: Leaders Club for high school students and Junior Leaders Club for middle school students.
Leaders must posses strong character, a positive attitude, be able to meet basic physical requirements, volunteer a minimum of 100 hours each school year, and be a member of the Tampa Y. The teen program follows the school year calendar. This program is available at every Tampa Y family center.
Leaders are Changemakers
