The YMCA is scheduled to open in September 2026, bringing new opportunities for fitness, recreation and community programs to the area. We can’t wait to welcome you! Programs are NOW OPEN! Our YMCA is Nearing Completion...
Each day brings us closer to opening our doors and we're excited to share the latest milestones as this incredible new facility comes to life.
- Indoor playground structure is complete!
- Gym equipment has been laid out.
- Finishing touches have begun in the Group Exercise studios.
- Bikes are in the Cycle Room!
- Outdoor playground is complete with safe flooring and a canopy.
- Office, lobby and outdoor pavilion furniture has been delivered.
- Stay & Play furniture has arrived and assembly has begun, including the Puppet Theater, Light Table, Train Table and more.
- Front desk is complete with beautiful marble countertops.
Construction continues to move forward smoothly, and our team remains committed to delivering a high-quality facility with a strong focus on safety and efficiency throughout every stage of the project. We are grateful for the community's patience and support as we complete the final phases of construction.

Healthy Living - Seniors
The YMCA will provide a place to gather for nearly 20,000 seniors who reside in the immediate service area to improve their well-being socially, mentally, and physically. Our Y will be a place to make new friends and realize gains in their battle with chronic diseases and overall wellness.
Building Your Families Community
This new Family YMCA in Wesley Chapel will serve as a hub of activity for the more than 40,000 households who live within minutes of this major community resource. Families will have a new place to connect, and collectively, we will build a healthier community for generations to come.
